**Job Summary**
A procurement professional responsible for the supply chain on complex and business critical procurement initiatives. They engage in supplier and internal communication as well as project demand management.
**Responsibilities**
Project Oversight
- Prepares project budget
- Coordinates and monitors projects from start to completion
- Meets deadlines, communicates progress of project and conducts meetings as needed
- Responsible for the completion of a portion of project deliverables
- Reports on commercial issues from quote to invoicing
- Communicates large project/program scope, schedule, resource and budget changes, risks, and issues
Supplier Management
- Ensures vendor performance is consistent with agreed contract parameters
- Contributes to inventory analysis and forecast plan creation, suggesting insights based on the data
- Shares demand forecasts with suppliers
- Administrates RFX's, as directed, to support project requirements
- Participates in key suppliers' quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Business Partnering
- Engages and collaborates with business teams on assigned initiatives
- Provides insight to procurement execution initiatives
- Educates the business on procurement processes and governance
- Provides input and recommendations to the Source to Pay process and systems
**Qualifications**
- Large experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
