**About the Role**
As our **Country Manager, **you will help us start up and head up our business in Brazil.

You will work closely with CEO and be responsible for overseeing the company's infrastructure that advances the expansion of Cryptology across LATAM Region.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Create, maintain and execute a regional strategy and business plan to maximise market share, client growth, product opportunities, and profitability. Act as a business owner.
- Define and lead expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with Sales, Marketing, Legal and BDM teams.
- Build and manage a regional team according to all regulatory requirements, and business needs. Define hiring needs.
- Oversee and steer budgeting, P&L performance, and financial milestones to reach trading and user targets.
- Lead local key marketing activities, such as developing new partnerships and organizing key events.
- Lead engagement with regional governments and regulators.
- Drive relationships with regional financial institution partners.

**Skills and attributes for success**

- A minimum of 8 years in a similar role as a General/Country Manager ideally in crypto, financial services or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing highly effective teams.
- Experience in delivering exceptional results, balancing local market needs with global strategy.
- Ability to provide insights & impact based on data and understanding of data analytics.
- University degree or equivalent, further qualification an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as strong leadership and focus.
