**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the supply review process by collecting data from internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external customers/suppliers;
- Manage the MPS (Master Plan of Supply) with BD local factories to guarantee the appropriated replenishment cycle.
- Identify potential risks associated with supply chain disruptions due to natural disasters, political instability, currency fluctuations, etc.;
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate inventory levels throughout the entire product lifecycle;
- Ensure reconciliation of the long-term replenishment plan with the financial and manufacturing plans - Identifying and proposing resolutions based on the potential risks and opportunities identified;
- Assist in resolving issues related to inventory management including stockouts, excess inventory, etc.;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply planning effectiveness (Backorder, Scrap, Slow & Non Movers, E&O);
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs;
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations);
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent field.
- Relevant work experience as a Supply Planner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines;
- Proactive attitude towards problem solving;
- Ability to think critically and strategically;
- Detail orientated individual who can prioritize tasks accordingly;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Advanced English speaker is essential.
