Commercial & Client Relationship Intern (Early Careers)

**About the Role**:
**Grade Level (for internal use)**: 05
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a 12-month motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our commercial team in various tasks that enhance client engagement and streamline internal operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and commercial project execution.
**Location**: Sao Paulo, Brazil (relocation assistance not available)
**Hybrid**: 2 days in office
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Project Support**: Collaborate on specific commercial projects, providing assistance in research, data analysis, and project execution.
**Presentation Preparation**: Help in the preparation and refinement of presentations, ensuring they are compelling and tailored to client needs.
**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule internal meetings with diverse stakeholders, structure agendas, and manage takeaways and follow-ups to ensure effective communication and action.
**Client Round Table Support**: Assist in organizing and executing client round table discussions initiated by the commercial team. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, preparation of discussion materials, and management of invitations and RSVPs.

**Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing an academic degree or recently graduated and seeking first work experience.
Interest in client management and commercial operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English required; Spanish is a nice to have.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
