Client Relationship Director of Commercial Risk

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like**: The director of this segment will be responsible for: - Elaborating and supervising the execution of corporate strategies regarding the client service. - Growing the retention level and the business penetration level. - Improving the client net promoter score (NPS). - Expansion the "new additional" business. - Developing the team. - Appling value proposition per industry and Aon’s Global Network interface and management. **How this opportunity is different**: Together we will drive key strategies and engage with clients to bring innovative alternative risk transfer solutions **Skills and experience that will lead to success**: Proven leadership and revenue growth success with strong project management, organizational and communication skills are essential to shine across collaborating teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insight and recommendations will lead to increased success and appreciation. - Solid experience in Commercial Risk Solutions’ insurance. - Strong experience of handling effective client relationships. - Extensive experience in team leadership. - Previous or current experience as Director. - Proficiency in English. - A good level of Spanish would be an advantage. - Communication skills for heavy team and client interactions. - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. **How we support our colleagues**: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
