職務工作內容:

- 規劃公司銷售政策與戰略。
- 監督和控制負責渠道的促銷效率和結果。
- KPI:負責渠道的銷售、盈利、業務量,確保公司盈利。
- 與客戶建立長期合作夥伴關係;制定與客戶建立成功關係的有效策略。
- 談判和業務合約制定,以確保與業務目標保持一致。
- 收集和分析市場信息、制定銷售策略、打造專業的銷售團隊。
- 制定和實施增加品牌市場份額的戰略。
- 定期銷售分析、報告。
- 工作遵守巴西法律和地區的其他相關法規、法令、公司總經理和直接經理的命令和指示、公司內部規定。
- 根據公司總經理或直接經理的命令,因工作職責出差。
- Plan company sales policies and strategies
- Monitor and control the promotion efficiency and results of the responsible channel
- KPI:Responsible for the sales, profit, and business volume of the channels to ensure the company's profitability
- Build long-term partnerships with clients; develop effective strategies with clients
- Negotiation and develop business contracts to ensure alignment with company strategies
- Collect and analyze market information, formulate sales strategies, and build a professional sales team
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand market share
- Regular sales analysis and reports
- Follow Brazilian laws and other relevant regulations, decrees, orders, and instructions of the general manager and direct manager, and internal company regulations
- On business trips due to work duties as ordered by the general manager or direct managers
