**We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to join our agriculture team in Brazil.**

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the direct sales & territory management of Borregaard’s AGRI Plant Nutrition and Crop Protection business sectors and related product portfolios in Brazil. The territory features a solid business base of national and regional customers.

**Commercial Responsibilities**:

- Profitably grow a diversified territory within the Plant Nutrition and Crop Protection sectors
- Build a strong network of industry leading customers and contacts
- Collaborate with team members and manager to develop & implement strategic territory plans to optimize market growth and profit.
- Coordinate sales, service, inventory and technical activities necessary to support territory development
- Champion new business development within the responsible business sectors
- Collaborate between interdepartmental teams in a cross-cultural, international organization
- Timely submit business reports, CRM reports, budgets & forecasts
- Travel Requirement: Up to 50%

**Qualifications - Work Experience - Skills**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Agronomy, Soil Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years technical sales and/or sales management experience in the Plant Nutrition, Crop Protection or related Agricultural industry
- Strong commercial and technical presentation skills
- Computer & software competency including proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM programs and social media as a business tool
- Communication & interpersonal skills necessary to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural international company
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, verbal and written. Intermediate or higher fluency in Spanish desired
