We are a quickly growing company with great global potential and big goals.To continue growing we are seeking the top sales managers, strong team players with desire for ambitious personal achievements.**Responsibilities**: The Sales Manager is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the assigned market, segment, and sales coordination to achieve productivity and the greatest overall impact on company results.ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough knowledge of technical specificationsresolving customer questions and offering solutions to drive company revenue.knowledge to meet those needsidentifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up callscontact potential customers (no cold calling) working with inquiries onlymanaging workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goalsreaching sales targetsdeveloping effective sales plans using sales methodology;keep prompt and accurate quotes, forms and CRM records and notescontributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleaguesEnsure that the company image, policies and procedures are carried forward to both dealers and customersProvide general product information and support for each of the company productsMotivate and encourage each dealership within their respective territory to effectively promote and retail each company product, achieving unsurpassed customer satisfaction and reaching their full sales potentialEstablish and recommend 12 month sales targets and sales projections for their given territoryRecommend dealer additions and deletionsMonitor dealer whole goods and parts accounts and report concerns where applicableMonitor trends in the industry and their respective territory and make adjustments to strategy when requiredTravel the respective area and develop relationships with dealer partnersAttend trade shows, demonstrations and clinics to increase knowledge and promote the company.Supervise and develop the sales specialist teamSupport the sales team by promoting team goals and a positive team attitudeLay out clear expectations, and hold employees accountable for said expectationsContinuously evaluate and revamp sales goalsEnsure swift resolution of any customer sales issuesEnsure accuracy goals are met for all proposals, quotes, and ordersCommunicate with outside sales team to coordinate face-to-face meetings with prospectsAct as company representative at trade shows to grow company awareness in local areaBuild constructive relationships with customers and ask for referralsInteract with customers to ensure they are highly satisfied with the service they receivedAnswer questions and help with the development of others on the sales floorGenerate profitable sales orders and nurture relationshipsConduct product training in sales meetingsCreate and maintain equipment service and building needs logInventory parts to website under company direction**Qualifications**:3+ years of sales experience requiredAgricultural equipment experience required1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience requiredExperience with dealer/distribution networks is preferred, but not requiredSometimes the opportunity to travel between the USA and Canada is required for meetings and eventsFluent English a must and Spanish is a plus (talking,writing)Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferredAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong communication skills (mostly over the phone)Prompt and motivated with desire to learn, grow and aim for moreDeadline and detail-orientedCompany Benefits**Competitive Compensation**:Excellent Base SalaryBonuses Compensation Plan**Comprehensive Benefits**:Necessary trainings to enhance learning opportunities for employees**Employee Participation**:Social events and professional shows throughout the yearPossible TravelSalary $30 000 - $100 000Full-timeRemote
