**O que você fará como Senior Technical Application Specialist na Sealed Air?**:
Como Especialista Técnico em Aplicações e Embalagens, você será responsável por oferecer suporte técnico à indústria alimentícia, com foco especial no segmento de carnes vermelhas frescas (Fresh Red Meat), utilizando materiais Cryovac. Realizará visitas técnicas, auditorias, treinamentos, desenvolvimento de materiais educacionais e apoio em processos industriais, buscando otimizar operações e garantir a qualidade do produto final.

**Por que precisamos de você?**:

- Oferecer suporte técnico aprofundado para melhorar processos operacionais e garantir a qualidade dos produtos embalados.
- Realizar visitas técnicas para auditoria de processos, assegurando conformidade e identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
- Garantir o funcionamento eficiente de equipamentos de vácuo e túneis de encolhimento, reduzindo desperdícios.
- Ministrar treinamentos teóricos e práticos em fábricas e centros de distribuição, incluindo sessões em espanhol para outros países da América do Sul.
- Desenvolver materiais de capacitação para elevar o nível técnico de clientes e colaboradores.
- Analisar processos, elaborar relatórios detalhados e propor planos de ação alinhados às necessidades do cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua com foco em economia financeira, reportando impactos financeiros.
- Apoiar a equipe comercial com ferramentas técnicas, acompanhamento em visitas e análise de devoluções.

**O que você precisa para ter sucesso?**:

- Conhecimento técnico em materiais de embalagem e processos industriais voltados para a indústria alimentícia.
- Domínio do funcionamento de equipamentos de vácuo e túneis de encolhimento.
- Habilidade para desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos técnicos presenciais.
- Capacidade analítica para elaboração de relatórios e propostas de melhoria.
- Competência na identificação de economias e análise de impacto financeiro.
- Fluência em espanhol e português para visitas na América do Sul.
- Conhecimentos em ferramentas de suporte comercial e pré-venda técnica.
- Formação técnica, biológica ou básica em engenharia (alimentos, agronômica, química ou de materiais).
