Quality Professional

To strengthen the Quality Assurance across the value chain on Manufacturing activities in Brazil.

Monitor and follow up on VESTAS Quality Standards and Business processes compliance during Manufacturing provision.

Give guidance and support to the NCR Management process in Manufacturing in the Region.

Support the implementation of improvement actions to reduce the Costs of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and non-conformities (NCR);
Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans Customized for the Customer Contracts according to Vestas Management System.

Train and Support Vestas employees and subcontractors on quality activities to be carried out on the Manufacturing.

Support business on root cause analysis, corrective or preventive actions

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Minimum 3-year experience within the wind power industry with blades and correlated processes as main working area, will be a requirement

Solid experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control on site

Lead Assessor /Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent) will be added value

Knowledge of ISO 14001&45001 standards

Fluent English is mandatory

Availability to travel to windfarms across Latin American countries.

- If you come with service operation knowledge and a good understanding of the commercial value set of the service business where balancing of product quality, lifetime and customer needs are always vital, it will highly valued
