Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for a Last Mile Planning Specialist to join our Brazil Transportation team. The Last Mile Planning Specialists are responsible to manage service providers process, plan the ramp up and peak, manage last mile capacity, guarantee alignment to program policies, measure stakeholders performance, engage and support on audit process. We expect our managers to identify ways to improve our operations continually.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage service provider onboarding process;
- Guarantee training and alignment to the program policies;
- Track service providers performance and work on improvements needed;
- Analyze delivery capacity versus operations demand and work on gaps;
- Define routes allocation based on service providers capacity and program profitability;
- Engage partners and stakeholders involved in the process
- Troubleshooting problems through to resolution, escalating as necessary
- Ensuring compliance throughout the global process standards and working on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos
