- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team in the role of **Technical Change Management & Document Controller** within the **Offshore Production** business unit at **Yinson.**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the Management of Change process related to technical engineering, both temporary and permanent.
- Receiving and evaluating preliminary change requests, determining necessary technical authorities for evaluation, and facilitating their involvement throughout the change approval process.
- Coordinating associated risk assessments and assisting stakeholders in defining mitigation actions.
- Monitoring project documentation records to ensure integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Liaising with clients and serving as an interface for technical and engineering documentation-related issues.

**Duties**:

- Establishing project document control files and procedures to streamline processes.
- Directing activities and serving as the primary contact point for both internal clients and external customers.
- Receiving, tracking, and monitoring all drawings and documentation.
- Responding to requests for technical and engineering drawings, and generating monthly progress status reports.
- Facilitating the timely forwarding of materials to clients along with official technical transmittals.
- Expediting the review of internal and external documentation within the engineering department.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- A university degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage complex documentation processes.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDM) is highly desirable.

**Desirable Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience handling technical change requests along with a comprehensive understanding of the Management of Change process.
- Previous exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is beneficial.
- Proficient typing, editing, and data organisation skills to maintain high-quality documentation.
