We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy Manager to help scale and sustain our Global Privacy and Data Protection Program. This role will help build upon our current privacy strategy strengthening our commitment towards Global Data Protection Laws & Regulations. This role will be responsible for:
- Building, developing & maintaining our Global Privacy Information Management program
- Implementing, guiding & supporting all aspects of our global data protection compliance strategy
- Advising on matters surrounding data protection/privacy
- Supporting privacy operations
- Maintaining a proactive, robust, and trustworthy privacy program
- Own and continuously review the global data protection compliance program including updating policies and guidance, centralizing processes and putting in place robust, time-bound remedial plans where necessary
- Operationalize and administer key privacy initiatives (e.g. data inventories, records of processing activities, DPIAs)
- Develop and maintain relevant global internal data privacy policies, guidelines, notices and training
**Expectations**:
- You are a self-starter, eager to roll up your sleeves, and look for ways to make things better
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and have great English communication and writing skills
- You have great sense of ownership
- Ability to translate and communicate complex global privacy laws & regulations to technical & non-technical audiences
- You are able to figure out and manage the processes and timelines necessary to get work accomplished
- You have the ability to execute against multiple assignments and projects and excel in a fast-paced work environment
