**Overview**

The Finance and Operations Manager will own all finance and operations-related functions in our Brazil office. They will play a critical role in reporting revenue and profit, monitoring receivables and payables, running the office efficiently, and processing payroll.

This is a hybrid role located out of our Sao Paulo office.

**Responsibilities**
- Own the month-end close process and submit all reports to corporate
- Prepare monthly revenue projections and P&L forecasts
- Submit weekly Cash Flow analysis
- Prepare and file regulatory and annual tax filings
- Oversee all client contracts and IOs to establish a tracking system
- Track and review all Accounts Receivable and client invoices
- Manage collections and reduce bad debt
- Complete all Accounts Payable processing and corporate credit card
- Manage daily online banking transactions and vendor payments
- Identify inefficiencies and cost savings within the office
- Process payroll and sales commissions
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Complete Ad Hoc requests from corporate including but not limited to assistance with legal efforts, financial reports, payroll reports etc.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Portuguese required; fluency in Spanish a big plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of finance work experience
- Knowledge of Brazil’s business, tax, and employment laws
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment and proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong initiative to follow up on pending open items
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Must be polished, detail-oriented, self-motivated, articulate, and proactive
