As a Learning Specialist in the Applications, Infrastructure and Data practice(s) your role will be pivotal in identifying skill gaps, providing relevant training initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous learning across the organization. Collaborate closely with our global team of Learning & Leadership Development professionals to build exceptional learning experiences and to bring Limitless Learning to life

Skills and experiences
- As you will be working with our Software Engineering Azure Platform (Infrastructure),and Technical Architecture Practices, you would ideally have first-hand experience as a practitioner with one of these skills.
- Experience building presentations in PowerPoint.
- You should be analytical and comfortable using advanced Excel functions and PowerBI.
- Ideally, you will have a Microsoft or industry certification.
- Some experience teaching / instructing / mentoring.

- Partner with our Software Engineering and Azure Platform Learning Business Partners (LBP)
- Work with top experts from around the world to create engaging learning experiences
- Develop and instruct courses for in-demand skills
- Review Priority Skills and conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in learning coverage
- Review and recommend training from our existing network - Microsoft, Accenture, vendors
- Design and develop skill-specific learning pages
- Share relevant industry and technology news and training opportunities through Viva Engage channels
