Summary
Project Analyst will take responsibility for handling activities related to project management, such as: scope of work definition, ellaborate comercial proposal, lead meetings with customer to present project status, meetings with upper management to present projects overview and seek for market opportunities. The main equipments that the Project Analyst will be responsible are drilling risers and telescopic joints, both for maintenance and manufacturing projects. The project Analyst must support and coordinate all direct and indirect tasks that might impact the drilling lifecycle service projects aiming for processes improvement and enhance customers equipment performance and reliability.
Job Responsibilities- Management of Riser overhaul Projects:
- Standard Maintenances-
- Upgrade and Modification Projects-
- Ensuring adequately development of all relevant project process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitor & control, closing)-
- Ensuring full adherence with the internal QA procedures and project management methodology, along with actively promoting constant improvement opportunities- Providing sales and tender support- Consistently developing the project management plans using market best practices aligned with business demands.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering or equivalent experience in project management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years with industrial maintenance project
Skills and Abilities: In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.- Advanced English level- Knowledge about PMI methodology- Desired previous experience with SAP EAP;
