Power Transformers Engineering Process Manager

**Description** **The opportunity** The GPG Engineering End-to-End Process Manager is responsible to oversee and lead the entire engineering process within the Global Product Group (GPG) from creating tenders to supporting marketing quotations and providing Bills of Materials to manufacturing and towards ERP system; uses Lean methodologies and Digital Transformation to improve standardization, speed, and quality for customers and internal teams; supports the "Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere" framework. This role focuses on ensuring process efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
