**Position overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment process for internal positions across Pacifica's global operations, providing a crucial assistance to the recruitment team in various key areas to ensure the execution of the talent acquisition initiatives.

**Responsabilities**:

- Support the team to deliver the recruitment process for internal positions at Pacifica worldwide: Brazil, LATAM, North America and Europe;
- Assist in the construction of materials for internal meetings;
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job advertisements;

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program preferably in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
- Advanced English is a must. Spanish is a plus;
- Business-oriented mindset;
- Hands-on profile;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
- Motivation to work in a multicultural environment.
