Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em engenharia de produto para atuar no desenvolvimento e gestão do ciclo de vida de componentes e subsistemas de motores de combustão interna voltados a combustíveis flexíveis e alternativos. É essencial experiência em PLM (Teamcenter/Enovia), ferramentas de design (NX/Catia V6) e forte capacidade técnica para interface com áreas multidisciplinares, fornecedores e validações virtuais e físicas.
- ️ Principais **Responsabilidades**:
Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do produto com foco em PLM Teamcenter ou Enovia;
Desenvolver e manter documentação técnica;
Elaborar e validar especificações técnicas de subsistemas e componentes;
Realizar análise virtual de componentes e subsistemas (CAD, CAE, MES, DMU);
Gerenciar alterações de engenharia via CRF, CCD e OdM;
Desenvolver e revisar DFMEA para montagens e co-design com o cliente;
Apoiar os laboratórios de Materiais e Metrologia (incluindo GD&T);
Assegurar conformidade com normas Proconve PL7/PL8 de emissões;
Atuar no desenvolvimento de estruturas para veículos do mercado norte-americano;
Executar análises virtuais de componentes estruturais (VSA) e NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness);
Acompanhar e validar testes com fornecedores (deformações, cargas estáticas, corrosão).
**Requisitos**:
Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos;
Domínio de PLM (Teamcenter ou Enovia);
**Conhecimento em ferramentas CAD**: NX ou Catia V6;
Experiência com processos e documentação de validação (DFMEA, DVP&R, CRF, CCD, OdM);
Inglês avançado - leitura, escrita e conversação fluentes.
