**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Responsibilities**:

- The responsibility of the Specialist Infrastruture Analyst is to be the primary IT Infrastructure contact for global IT departments, business partners and to ensure that business-oriented end-to-end IT Infrastructure solutions are provided. This includes the whole spectrum of IT Infrastructure namely: Workplace Services, Service Desk, On-premises and cloud host and Network Services;
- Provide first-level consulting and supports the request, demand management and operational none performance of all Infrastructure partners;
- Responsible for all out of scope infrastructure topic of the outsource contract with the outsource provider;
- Act as primary IT contact for associated business partner regarding all topics such as consulting, request management and demand management;
- Ensure provision of business-oriented IT end-to-end infrastructure solutions in cooperation with the outsource partner, external vendors and business departments;
- Request portfolio updates from strategy, portfolio & partner management team based on customer needs;
- Plan, coordinate, implement and document IT projects incl. transforming business objectives into IT deliverables;
- Provide consulting to the business partner on tailored IT services and solutions and propose other possible uses or innovative solutions;
- Ensure adequate escalation management as part of the end-to-end service responsibility;
- Accountable for incident & change management;
- Accountable for local governance & administrative tasks (e.g. conduct performance risk management and audits);
- Accountable for local infrastructure (office, datacenter, network, parts warehouse).

**Requisitos e qualificações** Mandatory requirements**:

- Education/Training: IT degree or equivalent Tertiary Qualification in IT;
- Advanced English skills;
- Portuguese (desired for no brazilians);
- Knowledge and Specialization in Service Management;
- At least 5 years IT Infrastructure knowledge: Workplace Services, Service Desk, On-premises, Cloud hosting and Network Service;
- Experience in IT consulting;
- Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills;
- Excellent knowledge on business processes and business strategies;
- Experience in IT service management and knowledge on tools;
- Good conflict management skills;
- Customer orientation and organizational skills incl. time management and planning.

**Differential requirements**:

- Ability to identify and implement alternative process management solutions;
- Ability to link policies, projects, and operations;
- Experience with different process management methods;
- ITIL V3 knowledge;
- Basic knowledge in cybersecurity topics;
- Knowledge of Agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban);
- Presentation and communication skills;
- Performance management/controlling.
