Pricing Analyst at Givaudan - Your next career step?
As a Pricing Analyst, working within our Pricing division in São Paulo (Zona Oeste) for the Taste and Wellbeing operation, you'll report to the Pricing Manager, performing daily pricing activities and recommendations to ensure global pricing consistency and profitability, following our goals. You'll also partner with the commercial team, helping them with several financial and pricing analyses.
**As part of Givaudan, you'll**:
Build constructive and proactive partnerships with all essential partners in the pricing process with a 'Pricing for Profitable Win' approach;
**Perform ongoing pricing activities**: compute pricing parameters of our fragrances products, maintain price lists, provide target costs and monitor pricing processes;
Monitor and improve our gross margin by analyzing it, identifying product cost issues, and addressing these with Sales, Operations, Finance & Technical groups;
Work with the Sales team, coordinating pricing processes for our accounts, providing commercial support, and presenting new business scenarios, simulations, and effects on profitability;
Support customer service excellence on pricing/order issues and guarantee compliance with the pricing policies;
Lead local and participate in regional/global projects and process improvement programs with a strategic impact on the region or country.
**We're looking for**:
University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or other equivalent or relevant areas;
3+ years of experience working in Finance, Financial Planning, industry pricing, account management, market intelligence, sales coordination role or similar in Commercial or FC&A area industry;
Intermediate (or superior) use of English is required;
Spanish skills are desirable;
Previous knowledge or experience working with SAP is desirable.
