**Job Summary**
We are seeking for an Learning Analyst who will be responsible for the development of content in educational objects following predefined methodology and strategy.
**Main Activities**:
- Develop training content
- Analyze the technical information necessary for the development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor
- Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing passed
- Develop support materials such as: lesson plans, handouts, instructor manual, learning assessment tools and test questions
- Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a video editor
- Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere and After Effects
- Ability with image manipulation, vectors and diagramming
- Education in Design or related areas (Cinema and TV, Visual Communication, Advertising etc.)
