GP Strategies has delivered our innovative consulting, learning services, and talent technology solutions to over 6,000 organizations globally._**Job Summary**We are seeking for an Learning Analyst who will be responsible for the development of content in educational objects following predefined methodology and strategy.**Main Activities**:- Develop training content- Analyze the technical information necessary for the development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor- Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing passed- Develop support materials such as: lesson plans, handouts, instructor manual, learning assessment tools and test questions- Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary**Qualifications**- Minimum 5 years of experience as a video editor- Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere and After Effects- Ability with image manipulation, vectors and diagramming- Education in Design or related areas (Cinema and TV, Visual Communication, Advertising etc.)- With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature Beyond our locations, our culture focuses on performance and revolves around respect, fairness, and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
