Learning Analyst 1 (Analista de Conteúdo JR) GP Strategies Corporation is a global performance improvement solutions provider of training, eLearning solutions, management consulting and engineering services. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing, process and energy industries, and other commercial and government customers. We are seeking for an Instructional Designer who will be responsible for the development of content in educational objects following predefined methodology and strategy. Main Activities Develop training content; Analyze the technical information necessary for the development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor; Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing passed; Develop support materials such as: lesson plans, handouts, instructor manual, learning assessment tools and test questions; Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary. Requirements Experience in content production for Online / Presential training (mainly online) Education in Pedagogy, Letters, Administration, Marketing / Graphic Designer or related areas Advanced domain in Office Package (mainly Power Point) and new tools / technologies / IA Knowledge in learning solutions, teaching methodologies and Copyright Experience with Telecom will be a plus.
