**About this opportunity**

The 360 Program Manager will be responsible for guaranteeing the effective implementation of 360 program in Brazil connecting internal areas and increasing customer voice. The incumbent of this role will work closely to the Sales Country Leader and Sales Teams identifying points of improvement and acting to solve them, establishing the strategic vision to meet sales objectives and strengthen customer relationships, reputation, and impact of Align Technology across the Brazilian Commercial team and Dental Community.

**In this role, you will**
- Partner directly with the BRA Sales Leader to look across the Country Sales teams to identify needs and then partner cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, Finance, Sales Training, etc. on delivering solutions.
- 360 Program execution KPIs follow-up and analysis;
- Provide constant information and data regarding the growth of 360 participants to the BRA Sales leader
- Identifies and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance
- Focuses on building and improving process efficiencies within team
- Propose solutions based on customer feedbacks, internal operational improvement opportunities, and business insights focused on increasing the number of cases of the program participants
- Plan and execute sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with other sales teams to learn and guarantee the best results for Brazil.
- Oversee sales initiatives and projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or other department members. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints
- Initiates and maintains effective communication with clients, sales executives and other sales support team members
- Creates cross-functional networks with key decision makers to guarantee 360 execution and participants growth
- Key influencer and will participate in additional strategic projects assigned by Brasil Sales Leader
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization and time management skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency with SFDC, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, video conferencing and internet research
**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 + years of relevant work experience.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Experience with virtual and web based training a plus
- English proficiency
