Job summary

The Senior Program Manager will serve the critical role of driving operational efficiency for the Consumer Student Program's team.

**The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible to**:

- Uses a data-centric approach to assist in tracking program results across Consumer and gives insight into best practices, areas of opportunity, and program ROI.
- Proactively communicates to the peer program manager and team on program data, risks, and anticipated bottlenecks.
- Supports Consumer Student Programs by managing requisition change requests, adhering to a strict SLA and follow-up communications.
- Assist Consumer Student Programs PMs with requisition audits and confirming new hire on-boarding
- Works across Consumer to foster the sharing of knowledge on planning and executing to ensure efficiency and efficacy of future outreach for all businesses.
- Provide inputs into org-wide communications and documents
- Drives operational efficiency of line of business program operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze quantitatively and effectively prioritize program deliverables.
- Ability to establish and lead with thought leadership and influence effectively without authority.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills with proven success in leading multi-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
