We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Client Solutions Specialist, to be based in Sao Paulo within the Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) Team. The Global Agency & Accounts Team is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products.

The Regional Client Solutions Specialist is a crucial member of our growing Global Agency & Accounts Team in LATAM that supports our local sales team in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internally and externally. The Client Solutions Specialist role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to drive revenue by optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Specialist will establish and strengthen key regional client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Job Profile
1. Monitor and analyse ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results
2. Conduct regular regional business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the GA&A Account Managers and Sales team
3. Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful regional campaigns execution
4. Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
5. Support and work with the sales team on presale research and pitches for regional campaigns
6. Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimisation
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok’s features and ad units
8. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
9. Analyse regional campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
10. As part of the Strategic Operations unit within the GA&A team, work with global and regional business unit stakeholders for overall program management of multiple strategic initiatives to engage with TikTok's advertising/media clients and grow ad revenue
11. Identify areas of common concern, redundancies in operation, and inefficiencies. Develop standards and polices to improve workflows to engage with major brands within LATAM.
12. Partner with global counterparts across sales, legal, marketing and product to drive system improvements for data, reporting, project management processes, and legal framework

**Qualifications**:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management/media services roles in digital marketing - biddable network experience a plus
2. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a big plus.
3. Excellent collaboration skills
4. Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process
5. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
6. Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Comfort in running status meetings, managing action items and keeping everyone updated on status of all associated projects/programs. High attention to detail and very organized
7. Experience in campaign management and set up. Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders. Able to manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
