Esta pessoa será a BP das empresas Snack, Just Live, Eixo e Nossa Praia.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Atuação consultiva e estratégica junto às lideranças das agências do grupo.
- Apoiar decisões sobre estrutura, movimentações e sucessão;
- Conduzir ciclos de performance e clima organizacional;
- Atuar em temas de cultura, escuta ativa e DEI;
- Mediar conflitos e apoiar lideranças em conversas difíceis;
- Garantir coerência entre operação das agências e políticas do CSC.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Formação Superior Completa preferencialmente em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou Psicologia.
- Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Power Point;
- Experiência prévia em atividades de gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência generalista em Recursos Humanos;
- Organização e capacidade de execução de projetos.
