Strategic Business Partner We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team. About the Role Take ownership of regional distributor recruitment projects by collecting, organizing, and managing all distributor leads generated by sales advisors. Conduct preliminary screenings of potential distributors based on established criteria, proactively contact and qualify candidates in target regions, and build structured pipelines. Manage and support ongoing relationships with appointed regional distributors, facilitating orders, managing procurement processes, monitoring sales targets, and being accountable for sales performance and revenue growth within the channel. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Lead Management: Ensure timely project execution and lead management through effective coordination and communication with cross-functional teams. Distributor Screening & Onboarding: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate distributor suitability, develop strategic plans for engagement, and onboard new partners to drive business growth. Account Management & Growth: Foster long-term partnerships with regional distributors, providing expert guidance on sales strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and driving revenue growth through collaborative efforts. Requirements: Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
