**What You’ll Do**:
As a Global Recruiter you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting, managing onboarding and off-boarding processes for global Unlimint's locations focusing on LATAM (Brazil, Mexico)
We are growing our HR global team and opening one more position. This position is office based and reports into the HR Global Lead and will be part of the global HR team.
**Areas of responsibility include**:

- **Data**: maintain applicant and employee data, report on the HR results and metrics
**What you have experience with**:
- Recruitment / HR management experience in IT/ or FinTech is strongly preferred
- Understanding of various labor practices and regulations and their impact on HR matters
- Knowledge of different benefits plans
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Our corporate language is English, so strong oral and written communication skills in English is required as well as Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent attention to details
