Team Overview:
As Didi/99 Pay Operations Intern, you will be responsible for supporting key analysis that will lead to the development of the user base. Learning about how to acquire new customers efficiently and how to retain them will be your everyday mission. Therefore, you MUST be customer centric and be obsessed to create the best user experience within our services.

As routine, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, prioritize, and execute compelling growth strategies based on users’ needs. 99 Pay is a key product along with ride hailing and food delivery businesses in Brazil, and we aim to build a super app as the digital infrastructure for our future society.

Role Responsibilities:

- Support with campaign planning, setting and analysis;
- Organize, test and request new product features;
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to continuously improve our products and services;
- Analyze and provide relevant insights from competitors and their strategies.

Role Qualifications:

- Students enrolled in any bachelors with graduation date by June/24
- Advanced English (international team);
- Be data-driven and analytical
- Be very curious and willing to learn;
- Interest in the fintech industry.
