As a business operations intern, you will ensure excellence across commercial and operational areas of our pre-paid residential service, supporting results improvements, managing partners, reports, and providing key information to drive better decisions to support the program scalability. You will be a critical team member contributing to our mission objective - connect with millions of users each month

You will build your skills while working hand-in-hand with our internal team and regional partners to ensure the progress of the project You will be a key contributor to a cross-functional team, ensuring that our strategic plan is operating at peak performance.

As a business operations intern you will support the operations and commercial teams of our pre-paid residential service in Brazil by assisting with and learning about the following:

- Support the integration of the pre-paid channel and build effective cross-functional relationships with the additional internal areas such as operations, customer support, product, legal, financial, tax, and additional sales channels.
- Generate reports and provides key information for additional areas (sales, compliance requirements, financials, legal, supply chain, logistics, others).
- Support the development of new strategic partners and sales channels to guarantee business growth.
- Perform and monitor the onboard process for the pre-paid residential new partners.
- Create procurement orders, compare and validate quotations, monitor and update inventory, and equipment/material delivery schedule, validate and manage third-party payment requests.
- Working closely with customer care (Tiers 1, 2, and 3) and partners to identify top issues impacting the business. Perform data analysis to identify top issues for prioritization.
- Supporting the Regional partners in day-to-day operations with performance monitoring and opportunity identification.

This position will be part-time; up to 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week.

**Requirements**:

- Students currently enrolled in a degree-seeking a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing, and/or a related field.
- Exceptional aptitude for creating structured quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate business cases and their sensitivity through financial models.
- Able to articulately present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a particular passion for technology.
- A collaborative mindset, a sense of curiosity, and a desire for impact.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of interpersonal flexibility and handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and meet goals/deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese languages, spoken and written.
- Analytical and solution-focused tendencies. Ability to think creatively to leverage data to make key decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills.
