**Responsibilities**:
Technical IT support and troubleshooting of existing and new client sites within the LATAM Region.
Promotion of Radiometers IT Solutions and new versions / functionality both internally / externally
Technical IT support with interfacing both IT solutions and analyzers to other Information Systems.
Technical IT support for computer-related problems with analyzers.
Installation and configuration of IT solutions at customer sites as required for server upgrades.
Participate and contribute to additional IT projects outside of normal daily tasks as required.
Support sales, service and technical staff in relation to Radiometer’s IT product portfolio.
Assist staff in territories with technical problems associated with Radiometers IT solutions.
Upgrade of Radiometers IT solutions as new versions are released.
Promotion of AQURE system and new versions / functionality both internally / externally.
Communicate both internally and externally issues and resolutions related to Radiometer’s IT product portfolio within the marketplace.
Contribution of the ITS HelpDesk system ensuring all jobs are logged and updated in the ticket system notifying relevant staff of ticket progress.
Maintain Corporate confidentiality at all times.
**Travel**: Acknowledge and accept that domestic and international travel may be required at times in order to effectively carry out your duties.
Tertiary qualifications in IT with relevant healthcare experience.
Conducting trainings to both internal and external stakeholders.
Executing pre and post-sales activities for Radiometers IT solutions.

Work experience & skills;
Essential
Must have previous experience working as a liaison between IT and customers.
Working with cross-functional teams
Experience presenting to internal and/or external customers
Must demonstrate a very strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Must have an understanding of the healthcare industry and customer needs.
Desirable
Experience in Windows Server environments.
Experience with MSSQL, Active Directory, MS Report Builder
