**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who demonstrates passion and curiosity in delivering actionable insights using web analytics for our growing omnichannel business. The Senior Data Analyst will support the success of the omnichannel organization by collaborating cross-functionally to develop analytics business requirements to enable the measurement of marketing programs, new site features & functionality and tests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform insightful analyses to support online business initiatives and optimize profitability
- Analyze website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behavior, and product selection
- Identify successes, trends, and potential problem areas
- Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where appropriate to improve business performance
Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting including statistical calculations, graphical representation and written analysis utilizing relational database and reporting technologies
- Participate in online product and program development to ensure tracking and measurement of new products and establish baseline performance expectations
- Provide day-to-day operational administration of web analytics tool
- Maintain page tagging standards and build business processes to streamline tagging conventions across web properties
- Partner with internal and external partners to ensure proper tracking implementation and accurate reporting
- Effectively work and communicate with Customer and Digital Experience team to create business requirements, test implementations and continuously monitor data integrity
- Provide insights around SEO, site search and filtering best practices
- Work closely with the team to develop, maintain and troubleshoot integrated systems for collecting, managing, and reporting on online traffic and conversion metrics collected via multiple data sources

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of online marketing measurement tools such as Coremetrics, Omniture Site Catalyst, and Google Analytics
- Advanced PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- 2 - 3 years’ experience with a web analytics tool (Omniture or Google Analytics preferred)
- Experience in the analysis of online marketing, sales and website behavior
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing preferably with tools like Optimizely.
- Experience with tag management systems preferred. Experience with GTM is a plus
- Experience with implementations of analytics platforms such as a web reporting tool and tag management software preferred
- Experience building dashboards in Google Analytics
- Financial or business analysis experience.
**Must have Skills**:

- Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce/direct marketing and relationship between website behavior and profitability
- Familiar with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work products
- Creative problem solver that can identify sources of information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced & actionable analysis
- Strong analytical skills, with a high degree of proficiency in data retrieval/manipulation
