Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for a Business Coach Sr Manager to join our Brazil Transportation team. The Business Coach Sr Manager or DSP Business Coach Manager manages a team of Business Coaches and owns the relationship between Amazon and the DSPs - Delivery Service Partners. BCs handle conversations around key metrics for improvement, escalations, roll-outs of program initiatives or new adjustments to the program, field complaints, discuss profitability, and drive business reviews to improve each individual DSP’s business. We also expect our managers to identify ways to improve our operations continually.

- Manage a team of Business Coaches that can be spread in different cities/regions
- Own the relationship between Amazon and the DSP - Delivery Service Partners
- Delivery Service Partner lifecycle management
- Coaching/consulting DSPs on day to day operations, Amazon initiatives, escalations, profitability, Peak, among others
- Handle conversations around key metrics for improvement, escalations, roll-outs of program initiatives or new adjustments to the program, field complaints and discuss profitability
- Drive business reviews to improve each individual DSP’s business
- Ensuring compliance throughout the global process standards and working on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other locations
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure
- Hard working and self-motivated
