Reporting to the Human Resources Director Latam, the HR Manager Brazil role provides HR strategic partnership and leadership to Videojet team in Brazil. This role plays an integral part in the organization, you will leverage your deep understanding of the business strategy to build and execute a complete talent agenda for the organizations you support. You'll call upon skills like: talent management, leadership coaching, organizational transformation, change management and driving a best-in-class employee experience.

**ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Proactively engages with leaders on evaluating, coaching and enhancing development activities supporting associate development and growth. evaluating broader organizational development needs within the organization to meet business growth initiatives and strategies, recommends solutions, and advises throughout the year on actions to help support talent solutions and strategies.

Utilizes qualitative and quantitative data in order to evaluate and inform on key business and talent decisions such as engagement, D&I, turnover, talent acquisition, and other KPIs. Maintain integrity and validity of the data reported.

Regularly coach and counsel managers in enhancing their own leadership skills, addressing conflict, and improving on opportunities to develop strong engagement in teams.

Partner with leaders on evaluating organizational changes within their teams to improve efficiency and delivery, developing business cases, and communication planning and delivery. May participate or lead organization design activities. Advise and lead change management efforts aligned to client group strategic objectives.

Supports annual performance review, development, and organizational talent assessment and succession processes including communication, systems knowledge and support, trains new managers on tools and process.

Guides managers through the performance improvement process, providing counsel to administer appropriate corrective action.

Facilitate delivery of effective training and communications on people processes, leadership development programs, etc. Facilitate team enhancement and intervention methods and tools as needed to support client groups. May become certified to teach DHR training programs and deliver as needed.

Provide guidance on, and conduct, the investigation of complex employee relations matters. Works with legal to investigate and document Speak Up complaints.

For clients supported, drive talent acquisition process aligned with standard work and key talent acquisition stakeholders, evaluating business need and scoping role, working with recruiters on sourcing and selection process, offer and onboarding processes.

Anticipate the need for change and influence change before a crisis or inflection point arrives. Consciously strive to build networks of support for change goals and objectives.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education or Experience (in years)**:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related areas

A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a HR Business Partner or strategic HR Manager role with experience in leadership coaching, employee relations, and supporting growth initiatives and HR project management and program implementation

Language skills, English and Portuguese. Spanish is desirable

**Knowledge and skills**:
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc., which govern employment policies and practices

Experience supporting sales and/or commercial teams and successfully implementing programs across geographically distributed teams

Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas

Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator

Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues

Limited supervision and direction is provided, as this individual can operate and drive results and set priorities independently

Knowledge of Workday is a plus

**Physical requirements/abilities**:
Ability to work in an office and plant environment

Travel may be required
