Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager LATAM will be responsible for leading the regional strategy for talent attraction and selection, ensuring structured, transparent, and business-aligned recruitment processes. The role’s mission is to build a standardized recruitment model for LATAM, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, compliance with KPIs, and alignment with Werfen’s culture, acting as a strategic partner to local and regional leaders. The objective is to strengthen the employer brand, attract high-performing talent who embody our values, and promote diversity and inclusion. The manager will serve as a strategic partner to the LATAM People Director and local leaders, ensuring that talent acquisition drives the company’s transformation and expertise in diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead a unified LATAM recruitment strategy, aligned with global standards and local regulations. Position Werfen as an employer of choice , promoting our culture, values, and purpose. Drive fairness, transparency, and consistency across all hiring processes. Recruitment Excellence & Innovation Manage end-to-end recruitment with agility and strong candidate experience. Integrate digital tools (ATS, AI, video interviews) to improve quality of hire. Track key KPIs and ensure structured feedback for candidates and managers. Employer Branding & Inclusion Act as a Werfen brand ambassador, enhancing visibility in the healthcare sector. Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent initiatives. Strengthen partnerships with universities and professional networks. Business Partnership & Insights Partner with People BPs and leaders to align talent needs with business goals. Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence for strategic decisions. Champion onboarding excellence and post-hire follow-ups (30-60-90 days). Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree Additional certifications or training in Talent Management or Leadership are a plus. 8–10 years of experience in recruitment, with 5+ years leading Talent Acquisition in a regional LATAM scope . Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Demonstrated success implementing standardized TA processes in multicultural environments. Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, ATS platforms, assessments, and analytics . Strong knowledge of LATAM labor markets and local recruitment regulations . Core Competencies and Skills Assertive communication and negotiation with candidates and leaders. Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong influencing skills and change-agent mindset. Relationship-building and collaboration across diverse teams. Data-driven and strategic, translating insights into impactful actions. Innovative and critical thinker with continuous improvement focus. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (mandatory).
