We are looking for an inspiring and seasoned HR Manager South America to join our **amaZing** team in Sao Paulo

As an HR Manager for South America District, you will be responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within the District (Brazil & Argentina). You will work closely with managers and employees, providing professional guidance on a wide range of HR topics. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and advancing our HR strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** HR Business Partner**: implement HR strategies, consult with managers on HR issues, and maintain strong relationships to identify and act on areas for improvement.
- **Performance Management and Development**: Lead the annual performance review process, build a leadership pipeline, and address training needs through internal and external resources.
- **Recruitment and Engagement**: Establish and manage recruitment strategies, maintain the recruitment system, promote internal referrals, and work to improve staff engagement and retention.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Oversee payroll processing, prepare annual staff cost budgets, lead salary reviews, benchmark salaries, and ensure competitive benefits packages.
- **HR Activities and Compliance**: Coordinate labor law routines, negotiate with unions, administer HR policies and contractors, and manage HR budgets and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or Business Administration related discipline.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, local employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mindset and self-drive.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with SAP HR or similar HR systems is a plus. Fluent English and intermediate Spanish.
