**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**

**Main Purpose**:
Drive the regional SCM operation for the Pharmaceutical Division being the main point of contact for the LATAM Pharma commercial organization and with an active participation as member of the regional Leadership Team. Ensures the service level for patients and customers and guarantee the optimal use of the working capital of the division with complete alignment with the Americas & Global organization.

**Key Task & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Regional Supply Chain activities of the Pharma Division, acting as a functional head for local SCM Pharma organizations, ending with the successful and efficient delivery of finished goods to the customer & Patients.
- Responsible for managing inventory levels for finished products, new product introductions, changes to existing products for all assigned Brands and countries as well to improve the supply chain efficiency operationally establishing the right relationship with all involved departments.
- Achieve high customer service & stock levels by proactively managing the Supply Chain between Supplier and Markets (e.g. in cross-functional S&OP/IBP regional meetings). Ensures achievement of KPIs for the sub-region with special accountability for forecast accuracy and COTIF.
- Act as the liaison between Functions, regional heads, Marketing, performance management & Logistics Execution.
- Understand strategic business needs and translate into day-to-day operations.
- Represent the LatAm Pharma Supply Chain Organization in, regional and functional councils.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- University Degree (Pharmacy, or related science field).
- Desirable Post graduation (PhD or MBA), specialization in SCM.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- **Mandatory**:Strong experience as a Senior Director / Senior Head** in Logistics/Supply Chain activities.**:

- Relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is desirable, preferably in a large Multinational Company, or experience in other segments (ex: crop science, consumer health).
- **Mandatory: Strong experience in management positions - Leadership experience: strategic mindset, experienced in managing staff, experienced in establishing employee goals and conducting employee performance reviews, strong results orientation.**:

- Solid experience in leading strategies and/or providing operational support to large business or technology teams that are multicultural and have multiple locations across the globe.
- Excellent communication with Business Functions / Stakeholder Management.
- Knowledge in Finance / Controlling.
- **Mandatory: Fluent English and Portuguese.**:

- Spanish will be a plus.
- Special Skills needed for Position
- Ability to solve problems, effective communication with senior management positions, ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage interdisciplinary, complex projects.
- Leadership providing clear direction and convincing others to follow - Strong Focus on customer needs.
- **Location: Brazil - São Paulo, SP (Hybrid model - Availability to go 2-3 times a week to the office).**
