In this role, you will analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, acting as the conduit between the business users and the development teams, ensuring that project deliverables are met according to the agreed and documented business requirement, and supporting the change around the deployment of new business processes.

**Who you are**:

- ** 10 years of experience **with multiple eCommerce implementations (Salsify, CommerceIQ, Magento, SalesForce Commerce cloud, etc. )
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline or similar
- Experience leading IT projects or programs with a strong full life cycle using multiple methodologies and experience including Agile methodologies
- Fluent Business English
- If you´re based in Sau Paulo, Buenos Aires and San José, Costa Rica. (Not exclusive)

**What you do**:

- Functional leader of medium and large projects for one or more eCommerce capabilities, main detailer stand of KC business priorities (product and services), businesoperateamson, culture, and policies, including global standards and regional variations. Responsible for coordinating the optimal delivery of IT tools and systems to enable new business capabilities, growth, and technology stewardsbreak-fix
- Leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customizattestingstin, demploymentent, and support for canal solutions across eCommerceareasability area and in some cases across capability areas. Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Diagnose business processes or organizational problems, and leverage analytics to determine how customers can seize new opportunities.
- Guide external vendor partners on the review and resolution of operations and break fix incidents.
- Drive a rigorous approach leveraging data science including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to solve problems in the context of growing Kimberly Clark brands, increasing sales, and enabling operational excellence. Performs leading-edge work and develops new approaches/solutions to answer business questions.
