To achieve this overall objective, we are currently looking for an **Internal Audit Manager for the LATAM Cluster** Within the Americas Internal Audit team (12 auditors, including 2 in LATAM), this exciting opportunity will require you to work closely with the VP Internal Audit Americas and the LATAM management team and to take full responsibility of the execution of audit assignments. The incumbent has to plan, supervise and perform operational audits to assess the effectiveness and efficiencies of operations, financial audits to assess the reliability of internal and external reporting, compliance audits with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and, if needed, forensic audits. The incumbent also has to suggest improvement opportunities and to promote “best practices”. This role is suitable for senior and experienced staff with a "hands on" approach from planning to post-audit action plan follow-up. You will be located at the AL Brasil head office in São Paulo, Brasil, and must be willing to travel nationally and internationally (mostly within LATAM) up to 30% of the time. You will supervise one experienced Audit Sr, and report to the VP Internal Audit Americas based in Houston, TX and the LATAM CFO based in Sao Paulo, Brasil. **Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to**: - Manage the LATAM audit team (e.g. recruitment, coaching, evaluation) - Conduct process / internal control reviews (operations, financials, compliance, process oriented (ability to work with limited direction / guidance). - Identify key risks / weaknesses when evaluating business processes and make value added recommendations to mitigate risk / improve efficiency. - Document audit tests, processes and audit findings clearly. - Conduct follow up audits (as appropriate) to monitor management’s action plans / recommended implementations. - Conduct / assist with fraud investigations as needed. - Establish constructive relationships with the audited entities both during the audit projects and on an ongoing basis. - Assist in establishing a yearly audit plan for the LATAM Cluster, and update LATAM management of audit progress along the year. - Proactively and efficiently communicate within the audit team at Hub and Group level, and other auditors to enhance consistency of approaches / standards. - Ensure independence of audit and confidentiality of information received. - Promote internal audit as a competent partner creating value. - _______________ **Você possui esses requisitos?** Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou Economia Inglês e Espanhol Avançado **Suas diferenças impulsionam nosso desempenho** Na Air Liquide, temos o compromisso de construir um local de trabalho diversificado e inclusivo, isso quer dizer que, independente da sua identidade de gênero, orientação sexual, cor, idade, religião, nacionalidade ou deficiência, nós valorizamos um ambiente de trabalho composto por histórias verdadeiras, construídas por pessoas verdadeiras.
