You will be part of an innovative fast-growing Ag-Fintech company, whose mission is to revolutionize agricultural finance through data science and machine learning.

As Administrative Analyst you will support the administrative team in activities regarding team development, office logistic and facilities, and you will also be monitoring and approving suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:Your responsibilities will include mainly, but not only**:
Support, develop, validate, and approve new suppliers as the company needs;
Bank reconciliation;
Responsible for administrative routines;
Control and organize workflow;
Create a report to keep up with the administrative area.
**Requirements**:
Being hands on and willing to learn;
Knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft tools;
Advanced English.

**Attendance Requirements**:
Traive is currently a hybrid workplace in terms of office attendance, namely all employees are required to attend the office a minimum number of days, while they may work the rest outside the office. The attendance policy may change from time to time depending on the safety requirements and precautions due to the pandemic, or other considerations.
