**Learning Analyst (Analista de Treinamento)**

**GP Strategies Corporation** is a global performance improvement solutions provider of training, eLearning solutions, management consulting and engineering services. GP Strategies’ solutions improve the effectiveness of organizations by delivering innovative and superior training, consulting and business improvement services, customized to meet the specific needs of its clients. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing, process and energy industries, and other commercial and government customers.

GP Strategies has an immediate need for a **Learning Analyst**, to perform broadly the services include activities associated with scheduling, coordinating, managing logistics, recording, and reporting, and virtual session producer support for various learning programs. Eventually, VILT session Development, reports of activities, monitoring sessions and/or participants.
- It's a full time job - Fixed term: one year._

**Responsibilities**:

- _Support Universidade Corporativa to ensure timely execution of training activities and scheduling_
- _Set up courses and sessions within the Visa learning management system_
- _Manage course registrations and monitor attendance levels for multiple courses simultaneously_
- _Manage course cancellations or course rescheduling for multiple course offerings_
- _Manage enrollment records within the learning management system, ensuring all billing timeframes are met_
- _Support vendor scheduling, budget inputs, and program support as requested_
- _Support production managers as needed in the virtual classroom_
- _Manage and work with colleagues on the confirmation of courses prior to delivery. This includes confirming the venue, vendors, and communicating with trainers as well as ensuring all confirmation steps have occurred_
- _Work with merchandise management vendor to order items for programs_
- _Provide administrative/coordination support on ad hoc or special projects as assigned by management_
- _Support daily activities related to the learning management system including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall maintenance_

**Qualifications**:

- Strong writing and editing skills, and careful attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must display reliability and excel at meeting challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas.
- Energy to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments at once.
- Mandatory: english advanced / fluent.
