Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the assigned region.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the region while ensuring profitability.

**2. Team Leadership & Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage **Sales Managers** for different countries within the region.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and support to ensure sales managers meet their targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.

**3. Business Development & Market Expansion**:

- Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**4. Sales Operations & Reporting**:

- Oversee sales pipelines and ensure consistent revenue growth across all country markets.
- Analyse sales performance data and generate reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales processes.

**5. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
- Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term business relationships.
- Work closely with marketing and support teams to enhance customer experience

- ** Experience**: Minimum 5-7 years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT hardware industry (Preferably Data Center Services).
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven experience managing multi-country sales teams.
- ** Sales Expertise**: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- ** Market Knowledge**: Understanding of regional market trends and distribution channels.
- ** Communication**: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ** Languages**: Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
