- Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers & use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.
- Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.
- Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keep record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
- Handling acknowledging rejections and provide alternative approach even in difficult situations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Language Proficiency:
- **English** (Professional Working; Verbal & Written)
- **Brazil** **Portuguese** (Native; Verbal & Written)
- **Spanish** (Best if equipped)
- Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
- Confident, enthusiastic, professional, and pro-active approach.
**Salary**: R$2,500.00 - R$7,000.00 per month
