**Main Responsibilities**

Prepares, monitors, communicates and improves the strategy for the production of finished products at Manufactures facilities, with a focus on speed to market. Analyze the variables that influence the process, managing the flow of raw and packaging material so that the production schedule is developed as planned. Uses company systems to perform, improve the process and ensure CP policies. Works closely with the procurement department to understand and ensure that trades agreements are achieved.

**Main Activities**
- Issue requisitions for the purchase of national and imported materials (SAP / R3);
- Monitor the receipt of production materials, through controls in the system (SAP / R3) and receipt documentation;
- Control transfers of materials, finished products and invoices from third parties (SAP / R3);
- Prepare study reports with information for control, strategic analysis and other data (SAP / Excel / Google tools);
- Work with multifunctional teams supporting (PCP, HC and OC);
- Identify, organize and implement work metrics with suppliers and partners in order to plan and control production;
- Provide support to guarantee the plant's KPIs;
- Maximize the use of planning tools (SAP / APO / Control tower) for production planning and control;
- Lead the implementation of strategies together with partners and suppliers in the planning and control of production;
- Monitors the materials inventory and participates in physical inventories.
- Active participation in SD&S meetings in order to adjust production schedules.
- Coordination and execution of production plans for new projects / promotions with the different areas involved (e.g. Packaging, Quality, Network Operations, etc.)
- Synchronization of the M&D / Fiscal / IT structure with the Ex-Man process
- Collaborate with Demand areas to find operational efficiencies, improve supply strategies and category indicators.
- Identify and communicate in time any risk of lack of material or generation of slow moving materials, as well as risk of service with FG.
- Effective execution of service level agreements between CP and External Manufacturers.

**Basic Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge in SAP and APO (MRP)
- Intermediate English
- Experience in production planning process
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel/ Google Suite

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge in external manufacturer process
- Spanish
