Responsible for analyzing, developing, testing of new Microsoft releases and/or business requests. Scrum and Agile methodology - Utilize technical knowledge and discretion to rapidly determine an appropriate course of recovery action when a problem occurs - Must have good planning, organizational and decision-making skills. - Collaborate effectively across IT functions and geographies. **Qualifications** - 2-3 years of experience of enterprise level infrastructure engineering, operations, with a focus on Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft 365 related technologies - A solid understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 365 services, especially as they relate to configuration rules and control settings for users, apps, and devices, will ensure a quick start - Proficient verbal and written skills in English.
