We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst that will work closely with IT Management and Administrative teams to ensure the best delivery possible at the right time and within budget. Our primary focus is to develop an Enterprise Systems area that can automate and scale most of our processes.

**What do we want from you?**:

- You are a Business and Technical person;
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations based on industry trends and professional business knowledge;
- Research new IT systems and technological trends;
- Connect Business needs with IT;
- Support on critical systems internally or with 3rd parties;
- Develop new systems and plugins;
- Digital transformation and Automation strategies;
- Systems Change Management;
- Global Systems inventory and licenses management;
- Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards;
- Collaborate with IT Management to implement effective systems and processes;
- Track KPIs and report on projects status;
- Direct contact with vendors;
- Self-driven/Proactive;
- Be open to learning;
- You will be a hands-on person that will plan and execute.

**General qualifications**:

- Business Bachelors Degree or equivalent;
- Experience in Tech companies and services is a plus;
- Atlassian Systems Expertise: Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket (certifications are a plus);
- Knowledge in Requirements gathering and Software Engineering;
- TOTVS Protheus or other ERP expertise;
- API Tools and integrations knowledge;
- Basic UX design and concept understanding;
- Basic knowledge of BPMN process and tools (Bizagi, Heflo);
- Agile methodologies - Scrum certification is a plus;
- Project Management expertise, (PMI is a Plus);
- Experience in data analysis and reporting. (Power BI or Tableau);
- Order to Cash process knowledge is a plus;
- Working knowledge of Google Workspaces (Docs, Sheets...);
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Great interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- That is a hybrid work position;
- Basic knowledge of Azure and AWS;
- You can speak and write in English (Spanish is a plus).
