We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst that ensures the proper collection and documentation of business requirements that can be understood by both business and technology stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of the business function, responsible for requirements to be consistent with the business case and the long-term plans within the capability/service delivery area.

**TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Accountable for developing, defining, and documentation business requirements, and communicate them effectively to IT and business stakeholders;
- Remain up to date of technology trends, opportunities, compliance, and regulatory requirements within a defined capability/service delivery area;
- Provide process expertise to others and collaborate with solution architects;
- Build and maintain an in depth knowledge of the process, systems, and data in a defined capability/service delivery area;
- Write functional specifications that can be used by solutions/systems engineers and communicating documented defects to technical team members and validet proposed defect resolutions from systems/solutions engineers;
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure proper documentation is produced (based on use case and test requirements);
- Provide project management support and be responsible for IT service.

- Graduation in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field;
- Related work experience with progressively increasing responsibility;
- Strong Knowledge in SAP, Master Data, FICO and Share Point;
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office;
- Fluent English.

**DESIRABLE**
- Advanced Spanish;
