**This role**

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our commercial partners through comprehensive support, effective training, insightful analysis, process review, and strategic alignment across teams.

This position is crucial to ensure that our partners have all the tools and support needed to maximize their performance and contribute to the company's strategic objectives

A successful Operations Analyst combines strong data analysis and strategic decision-making with excellent communication skills to build partner relationships and collaborate effectively. They are proficient in training, project management, and process optimization, and thrive in dynamic, growth-focused environments

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide ongoing support to partners, acting as the main point of contact for problem resolution and account updates.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new partners, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process.
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in partner operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement engagement strategies that drive account growth.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of operational initiatives.
- Implement and monitor project management processes, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to identify problems, develop solutions, and continuously improve processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and adapt strategies to align with industry changes and demands.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in data analysis: Ability to interpret and use data to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Engagement and growth of commercial partners: Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with partners.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to present and train teams: Experience in developing and conducting training programs and presentations.
- Analytical mindset and results orientation: Problem-solving approach with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Problem-solving orientation: Ability to efficiently and proactively identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
- Google/office tools (excel, word, ppt etc)

**Desirable requirements**:

- SQL is a plus
- English
